We present the rare case of a 29-year-old patient with uterine adenosarcoma who received fertility-sparing treatment, subsequently conceived spontaneously, and gave birth to a healthy infant.
Extrauterine adenosarcomas are rare gynecologic malignancies that can arise within foci of pelvic endometriosis. They are often hormone mediated and thus are challenging to treat during pregnancy.
Endometriosis is a prevalent gynecological condition that primarily affects women of reproductive age. When the gastrointestinal system is involved, it can lead to bowel dysfunction and pose diagnostic challenges.
